Terms of Service

1. Who can join

You must be 18 or older and the sole owner of the TikTok account you sign up with. Accounts with bought followers, bot engagement, or content that breaks TikTok's rules will be declined or removed.

2. What earnbycontent is

earnbycontent (operated by Z Gen Kibernetika Kft., Budapest, Hungary) connects brands that want posts with creators who post from their own TikTok accounts. We are not your employer and not your agent. You choose which jobs to take, and you can leave at any time.

3. Jobs

• Every job shows the brand, what to post, any requirements, and a fixed amount you earn per approved post.
• Just post jobs come with the video and caption. Post them as delivered, including the disclosure tag.
• Create & post jobs come with a brief. Your post has to follow the brief, and you confirm you own or have the rights to everything in it.
• You can skip any job without penalty. Accepting a job does not obligate you to post it, but only posted and approved content is paid.

4. Approval and payment

• After posting, submit the link to the live post. We review it, normally within 48 hours.
• A post is approved if it is live on your account, matches the job, includes the required disclosure, and has not been edited in a way that changes the content.
• Approved posts are credited to your balance at the fixed amount shown on the job. Pay does not depend on views.
• You can withdraw your balance at any time to a bank account or PayPal. We may ask for identity or tax details where the law requires it.
• Keep approved posts live for at least 30 days. Deleting or hiding a post earlier may reverse the credit for that post.

5. Disclosure and rules

All paid posts must carry the advertising disclosure included with the job (for example #ad) and use TikTok's branded content tools where available. You are responsible for following TikTok's terms and the advertising laws where you live. We will never ask you to hide that a post is paid.

6. Your account

We never ask for your TikTok password and never log in to your account. Keep your earnbycontent login private. You are responsible for activity under it.

7. Ending things

You can stop at any time by emailing us; unpaid approved balances are still paid out. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, use fake engagement, or misrepresent themselves. Credits for posts that break these terms may be withheld.

8. Liability

We provide the service as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amounts credited to your balance and not yet paid. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Law and changes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If we change them in a way that matters, we will email you at least 14 days before the change applies.
