Who we are

earnbycontent.com is operated by Z Gen Kibernetika Kft., Budapest, Hungary (“we”, “us”). Questions about your data: hello@earnbycontent.com.

What we collect when you sign up

• Your email address and TikTok handle.
• The follower range and job types you pick, and the country you type in (optional).
• Technical details sent by your browser: the country your connection comes from, your browser type, the page that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked.

We do not collect your TikTok password, and we never ask for it.

Why we collect it

• To check that the TikTok page you gave us is real and active.
• To email you when jobs are available in your country and to run your account.
• To keep the sign-up form free of spam (rate limits by network address).

The legal basis is your request to join (pre-contract steps) and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party analytics or ad scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain.

Where it is stored

Sign-up data is stored with Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this site, and is processed under Cloudflare's data processing terms. Rate-limit counters are deleted automatically within about a day.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until 24 months after your last activity, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time by emailing hello@earnbycontent.com from the address you signed up with. If you are in the EU/EEA you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in Hungary: NAIH).

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will email you before it takes effect.
