Signing in

Earn has no password. Enter your email address in the app and use the six-digit, single-use code we send you, or use Sign in with Apple. Check your spam folder if the message does not arrive within a few minutes.

Jobs and uploads

Each job shows the brief, fixed fee and deadline before you reserve it. If an upload fails, keep the app open, check your connection and try again. You can ask the team a question from the project chat.

Payouts and the identity check

Approved work is paid on Fridays to the payout method you gave us: a bank account, PayPal, Wise or Revolut. Before your first payout we may ask you to verify your identity once: the app opens the check in your browser, where our partner Sumsub asks for a photo of your ID and a selfie. The app updates by itself once the check is done. If it did not go through, you can open it again from the same screen.

Delete your account

In the Earn app, open Settings (the gear on the Profile tab, or at the top of the screen before your application is accepted) and choose Delete account. Confirming immediately revokes access, and your personal data is permanently deleted within a week. Deleting is final and gives up any fees, bonuses or rewards not yet paid out, so wait for your last payout first. Payment, invoice and signed-agreement records, and videos you delivered to a brand, are kept where the law or the brand's rights require it. If you cannot open the app, email us from the address registered to your account.
